By using Kefiw (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

Provided as-is

Kefiw is provided free of charge, on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind. Results produced by any tool (word lists, conversions, calculations, puzzle solutions, and so on) are provided for convenience only and may contain errors or omissions. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, safety, or regulatory decisions.

Acceptable use

• Don’t attempt to disrupt the Service, overload it, or probe it for vulnerabilities.
• Don’t use the Service to violate the law or anyone else’s rights.
• Don’t scrape, redistribute, or commercially repurpose the word lists, page content, or code without permission.

Content ownership

Page layouts, tool interfaces, and site branding are owned by the Kefiw authors. Underlying word lists and data sources are owned by their respective creators and used under their own licences.

Third-party content

Kefiw may link to or embed third-party content (such as ads). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Kefiw authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
