Labor per-square ranges come from working-crew economics — lead, installers, helper, overhead — in the Houston market. Permit and dump fees come from current municipal fee schedules and recent Eurocraft permit pulls. Regional multipliers reflect relative labor wages and delivery costs vs the Houston baseline.
