Business Start Here: Find the Calculator, Guide, or Track You Need

Start with the decision, not the category.

Use this page when you know the business problem but not the first number to run. Pick the decision, run the calculator, then follow the guide, template, or track that fits the result state.

What are you trying to decide?

I need to price work.

Start with the Pricing hub, then use the Price My Work track if scope, margin, or discounting is unclear.

I need to set aside taxes.

Estimate reserve needs before gross revenue starts looking spendable.

I am thinking about S-corp.

Model the baseline first, then compare savings after salary, payroll, filing, and admin costs.

I might hire.

Check revenue support, payroll burden, role clarity, and first-90-day cost before payroll starts.

I might automate instead.

Compare hiring, automation, contractor trials, simplification, and deletion before buying tools or posting a job.

I need to forecast revenue.

Separate expected revenue, booked work, collected cash, pipeline quality, churn, and client concentration.

I need to reduce software spend.

Audit tools, seats, owners, renewal windows, duplicate categories, AI review time, and cloud growth exposure.

I am busy but not profitable.

Look for leaks in pricing, margin, scope creep, payment timing, client profitability, expenses, and software overhead.

Business recommendation rule

Calculator result -> guide -> template -> software or service

Kefiw should not send a Business user from a calculator straight to generic affiliate cards. The result should point to the next decision, then to the asset or tool category that fits the actual bottleneck.

  1. Step 1

    Calculator result

Start with the calculator state, not a tool category.

  2. Step 2

    Result-state guide

Read the guide for the exact weakness the result exposed.

  3. Step 3

    Template or packet

Turn the number into a script, worksheet, checklist, or review packet.

  4. Step 4

    Software or service bridge

Consider tools only after the problem is clear enough to justify them.

Disclosure stays close to recommendation blocks: Kefiw may earn a commission from some links, but calculator results are not changed by affiliate relationships.

If the result looks bad

Do not jump straight to a purchase, hire, entity change, or price cut. Use the result-state guide and template first. Kefiw should help you understand whether the weak point is pricing, scope, tax reserve, revenue timing, role clarity, software ownership, or cash runway before a recommendation appears.
